Should you wish to make a claim specifically relating to your product being damaged in transport or the incorrect goods received, this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods, contacting us by telephone or email (email@example.com) within 14 days of the date of delivery.
We do not offer a refund/exchange on the following items:
- Opened packaging
- Discounted clearance stock
- After 14 days of the date of delivery (according to the tracking details)
Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if it does not meet our policy.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Please send through your request within 14 days of accepting the delivery of the product
2. Proof of purchase must be supplied with your request
3. The items you are requesting a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging.
4. We will send you clear instructions on how to organise your return parcel as this can differ case by case.
